Services, payments and ownership
Our services are provided under a signed proposal or order form, which prevails over these terms if they differ. Fees are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Pluralskills owns this website, our brand and our pre-existing materials; ownership of custom work is set out in your agreement. AI outputs can contain errors, so please review them before relying on them for important decisions. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.
Liability, governing law and contact
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith; failing that, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration clause in your agreement.
