Privacy Policy: what we collect
Pluralskills Private Limited ("Pluralskills", "we") is the data fiduciary for this website under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We collect only what you give us: your name, email, phone number, company and message when you contact us, join the newsletter or ask for a pilot. We also collect basic technical data, such as device type, pages visited and approximate location, through cookies and analytics. We never ask for card numbers, bank details or government ID numbers on this website.
How we use it and who sees it
We use your data to reply to you, deliver the services you ask for, send updates you chose to receive, and keep the website secure. We process it only with your consent or for another lawful purpose the DPDP Act allows. We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email, payments, analytics) under confidentiality terms, and with authorities when the law requires. Some providers may store data outside India; we take reasonable steps to protect it. We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights and how to reach us
Under the DPDP Act you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent at any time, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. To make a request or raise a concern, email contact@pluralskills.com and we will reply within 7 working days. If we cannot resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. We use reasonable security safeguards and will tell you and the Board if a breach affects your data.
